Bob Kaplan and Guy Maisnik spoke at the "Fishing for Solutions" Conference at the Gaylord Texan Resort and Convention Center in Grapevine, Texas sponsored by Prism Hotels. Bob spoke on receivership, bankruptcy and legal issues in a panel entitled, "Special Servicers Survival Guide For Loan Defaults: Recent Changes in REMIC Regulations; what do they mean?" Guy moderated a panel on real estate foreclosures entitled, "Giving Back the Keys: What is the process? Is it working in CMBS?"
