This program featured a roundtable discussion regarding how the new federal rules of civil procedure impact how enterprises create, retain and access electronic information, including focusing on what enterprises should do proactively to protect themselves before the new rules become effective on December 1, 2006. Bill Capps, chairman of JMBM's Corporate Group, led the discussion with Stan Gibson, Michael Gold and Dan Sedor of JMBM's Discovery Technology Group.
